This started out as a journal documenting my journey through the amazing experience of pregnancy sharing the highs and lows, the worries and the excitement as we awaited the arrival of our first baby.
A long time in the making, Bella was born on 9th December 2008, at the Costa del Sol Hospital, Spain, via a rather traumatic birth!
The rest of this blog is dedicated to the progress and developments of our gorgeous and amazing little lady...but now THE BABY MAKING CONTINUES...TWO FOLD!!!

I just had to share...
...my new favourite photo. Chris took this one last night when she was fresh out the bath and I think it is absolutely stunning.
My name is Marisca (all the way from sunny South Africa) and I have been reading your blog from the very beginning. I can not thank you enough for your detailed journey through pregnancy. It has been a wonderful resource to my own. My baby girl, Cara, was born on the 14th of December 2008 so it was always comforting to read your blog and see what I can expect next. Please continue keeping your blog up to date, I would love to keep "in touch". By the way, your photos are lovely and you have a beautiful daughter. Enjoy every moment of her, they grow up way too fast.
Thanks so much Marisca. I didn't realise so many people followed my blog. It started as a journal for my thoughts and feelings and for family to keep up to speed with what's happening in the world of Bella. I'm pleased you've enjoyed reading it and found it useful in some way.
Congratulations on the birth of Cara. It really is a life changing experience isn't it! Enjoy every minute with her, as I've found out with Bella they grow up fast!
